This proposed high rise condo is inappropriate to this area inasmuch as it is completely contrary to the surrounding area.

Intense development is only appropriate in similarly developed neighborhoods (like Turtle Creek or Uptown) and those areas that the land costs require density. The Casa Linda area does not qualify.

This instance is only greedy developers attempting a home run with little at risk.

This is not fear mongering; it is planning consistent with other generally accepted urban development.
