Is this Griffith guy crazy?

He's trying to ride Giuliani's coat-tails and claim he's going to do for Dallas what Rudy did for New York?

[Ed Note: Yes, unfortunately, Griffith would probably make a good mayor except that he's "always right there on your side" no matter what your position is! He also seems willing to say anything--under the right circumstances. Unfortunately, this ultimately leads to confusion as opposed to good leadership.]
