Excellent point, except that the DART project is a four year project, so unfortunately, it will disrupt four State Fairs. For all practical purposes, it doesn't really matter which four fairs it disrupts, so logically, the sooner the project started, the sooner it could be complete. Once it is complete, a DART train will stop right in front of Fair Park, easing congestion. The sooner the project started, the sooner the congestion would be eased. Makes pretty good sense to me. Thanks for you misinformed rant, though.
