I've heard about free flowing grant money for a while now. It'd be great to see some more of the accounting for all our grant programs. With the Wallace grant touted in the DMN as the savior of the arts in education, I'd like to know how much of our grant money paid for the increased staffing and new building at Big Thought as well. It's sure done nothing in my classroom.
