Why is it that Spence has dropped in the rankings as compared to other middle schools.

Why is it that Spence only made a 1% gain in 8th grade math scores when other non-magnet and magnet schools made double digit gains?

Ask about how she influenced teachers to respond "positively" to OHI surveys so that Spence wouldn't get negative attention.
