Complaints shall be processed by the 3rd (or lesser) Assistant General Manager Of Bureaucracy on duty at the time the complaint is registered.
Complaint forms may be requested, in writing and in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 552 ("The Texas Public Information Act"), from the Front Desk during normal business hours.
Alternatively, these forms may be purchased and filed at several area grocery stores.
Hotel administration will promptly respond to any complaints brought to its attention, in writing, within sixty (60) days.
