Guests must pay for their stay using our innovative new "pay stations" which are conveniently located on street corners adjacent to the hotel and in all nearby parking lots and laundromats. Guests will be issued a paper ticket, nightly, that can be conveniently placed inside a special meter conveniently located in each room's door.
City hotel room enforcement personnel (or, alternatively, the city's meter maids) will verify, hourly, the status of all payments.
In the event a guest is found not to have paid for a room, a citation will be issued for each violation along with a summons to appear in municipal court. An arrest warrant may also be issued if the guest has been found to have consumed any luxury items (see "Ordinances").
