DART (in)security

I'm going to past in some figures taken from DART's own web site. You can tell me if you think that 140 men in uniform are sufficient to cover this much territory:
98.1 million Passenger trips last year
700 square miles of service area
13 cities
2.1 million People
687 busses
15 transit centers
11,961 bus stops
450 bus shelters
2 transfer centers
117 bus routes
1419 miles of bus routers
95 light rail cars
35 stations
You seriously mean to tell me that you can police this with 140 people? The figures work out a 268,767 people per day on average, but I'm willing to be that it's more during the Monday - Friday grind than it is on the weekend. That's 268,767 vs 140 - guess who's going to win?
