I am one of many parents involved in trying to bring DISD back on he map to responsiblity, so many thanks to you and your staff of writer's to keep us informed on what should be a much better school system. Data base info looks great!

I looked up myself, and it accurately showed my base salary. Later on, you should see that some of us earned a little more by conducting TAKS training, Staff development, Saturday school, etc...

Total Compensation

The Gross Salary figure is sometimes referred to as "total compensation." This is the total amount reported paid to you by the District to the IRS. There are many reasons this can happen. I wish we had a way to break it out.

Inst. Coaches salary

Instructional coaches salary are higher than assistant and associate principals??? What's up with that?

Yep! They get a $6,000 stipend above their regular pay rate also. You might be interested to know that they also get paid more than the people who are supposed to "supervise" them and work fewer days.
