Ways to save money

How about not paying for electrical, water and telephone service to the Wilmer Hutchins Buildings. There is nothing in these buildings worth the cost and if it would save a teacher are two's positions even better.

This position had to be made up by someone in the ivory tower, to make sure every police and security officer clocks in on time. This cost the district of 102,000 a year. And there cutting teacher jobs. Where’s the fat at the top.
