Where were all of you

Where were all these people when the delayering in Central Staff started? I didn't see any of you standing up in arms for those people who were laid off with even less of a reason then a budget crisis.

Here's a wakeup call for all of you. It wasn't the high dollar cronies at 3700 Ross who got "delayered" it was the hard working plumbers, maintenance, security, electricians that got the boot. The high paid people just now get paid the same to supervise less people under them (not directly but total).

At least in this type off situation there is some protection. Delayering the bosses got to pick who they wanted and let the rest of them go.....sure didn't see Aimee or Dale helping any of those poor souls out.

Course that $10.85 an hour some of them were making helped keep the district out of financal trouble.....ooops nevermind.
