Do you know about the Appeal process?

Well, since the Due Process was partially ruled in my favor, we need to appeal so to have ALL the evidence able to be properly considered and understood. Has anyone had to go this far? Does anyone out there know the laws and be willing to mentor a parent of a child with disability that the DISD wants to include in they infamous 80% special education drop out rate? I would greatly appreciate any network contacts of ideas. Thanks!
